The 201 Avenue project is a semi detached housing development consisting of four houses, eight units, and six stories. Set on approximately one rai of
land, it offers easy access to the city and is surrounded by amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. This prime location has led to a high demand for
home offices in the neighborhood, inspiring the project owner to see the potential and bring this concept to life.

To make optimal use of the property, the designer placed a road through the center, dividing the buildings into two sides, each with walls at every corner to
allow for ventilation. The front of the project, which faces the public road, was designed to be open to enhance the project’s visibility, while the interiors of
other buildings overlook this central road within the project.

The building’s function is split into two parts: office and residential. Each unit accommodates parking for six vehicles, catering to both employees and
visitors. The first floor serves as a welcoming reception area for business visitors. The second floor provides workspace for staff, including a small balcony
for relaxation. The third floor houses the meeting room and executive office, along with an outdoor patio space. The fourth and higher levels are designated
as residential areas, with a living and dining room on the fourth floor and the master bedroom on the fifth floor, featuring a walk in closet that can be
converted into a small bedroom if desired. The sixth floor is designated as a roof garden with views of the sky and city, and includes a laundry room.
This floor is also designed to support future modifications, such as adding a gym or an extra bedroom.

The exterior design focuses on creating a neat, sophisticated, and masculine aesthetic that meets client expectations. Full height transparent glass is used in
the office areas to showcase the modern interior and is made of heat-resistant material to reduce energy consumption. The designer incorporated as much
greenery as possible to enhance the working environment. An aluminum facade at the top of the building provides privacy for the residential units while
blocking sunlight and heat from the east and west. This facade also creates a play of light and shadow within the building, and residents can open it to
expand their view.
