SMARTMATT exhibition booth at the Architect Fair 2022 (ASA), the event was back this year after being postponed for two years due to the COVID 19 issue. Therefore, the project owner wanted to create a warm atmosphere to welcome back the event and re-meet the customers. 

The impact of pandemic made widespread work from home. As a result, there was high demand on home makeovers. The designer therefore used a “Model” as the starting point for creating designs that fulfill homeowners' dreams. It was intended to resemble a large house model so that customers may enter and experience their own aspirations. The base of the booth was raised continuously like a model contour to create a clear view from the walkway. Each contour level was high enough to serve as a seating. It was decorated with beanbags and tree sculptures, and there was a slide on the side for children to enjoy.

Contour seating areas are designed to be parallel to the ASA resting point, that was also covered by the project owner’s booth. It connected the space to represent an inviting and friendly atmosphere for event attendees.
